What’s included in a service?

Full mechanical and electrical equipment checks
Biofilm eliminator pipework flush
Full drain and refill, including water removal from pipework
Cleaning and calcium removal from all jets and valves
Cleaning and sanitising of hot tub shell
Cleaning and sanitising of cover, pillows, and cabinet
Vinyl protectant applied to cover and cabinet
Filter cleaning and sanitising
O-ring, gasket, and union inspection/tightening
Pump seal, shaft, and bearing inspection
Water quality check and chemical balancing
Ozone/UV purification system check

What’s included in a technician call-out?

During the visit, the technician will carry out a full diagnostic of your hot tub or swim spa, identifying any faults or issues that need attention. We carry many common spare parts in our service vans to enable on-the-spot repairs where possible. The first hour on-site is included in the call-out charge, and many repairs can be completed within this time.
